Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is Eduvancer?

Eduvancer is a freelancer website: a group of academics from around the world who collaborate and serve as freelancers, supporting universities, colleges and other education providers with consultancy projects.

  • Do you have an office we can visit?

No. We have no physical address. The network works remotely across countries and time zones, and all enquiries are handled by email at [email protected]. Meetings take place by video call.

  • How do we start a project?

Email us a short description of your institution, what you would like to achieve and your timeline. We will reply with any questions and then propose the freelancers and approach best suited to your brief.

  • Who will work on our project?

Independent academics selected for your brief. You will know who they are and what their background is before any work begins, and you work with them directly.

  • How are fees agreed?

Every engagement is scoped individually. The scope, timeline and fees are agreed with you in writing before work begins, so there are no surprises.

  • Can you guarantee an accreditation or regulatory outcome?

No, and nobody honestly can. Decisions belong to regulators, awarding bodies and partner institutions. What we do is help you understand their expectations, prepare strong evidence and close any gaps.

  • Do you work outside the UK and Europe?

Yes. The network is international and we work online with institutions wherever they are based.
